1. Who we are

Gregorsen Labs is a US-incorporated company (Delaware C-Corp) selling dietary supplements direct to consumers through gregorsen.com and try.gregorsen.com. "We", "us", and "our" refer to Gregorsen Labs. "You" refers to anyone using the site.

2. Using the site

You can browse, read, and order. You agree not to scrape the site at volume, attempt to break authentication or security, or use the site to harass anyone.

3. Buying

Orders are placed through Shopify Checkout. By placing an order you confirm:

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders for any lawful reason, including suspected fraud or attempts to abuse the refund policy.

4. Health disclaimers

This product is a dietary supplement. Statements about it have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. See the full health disclaimer.

5. Intellectual property

The site copy, photography, formulation, brand name, and logo are owned by Gregorsen Labs. The peer-reviewed research we cite is the property of the original authors and publishers — we link to it for reference, we don't redistribute the full papers.

6. User-submitted content

If you submit a review, testimonial, or photo, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display it on this site and our marketing. You retain ownership. We won't sell or sublicense your submission.

7. Limitations of liability

To the extent the law allows it: we are liable for the direct cost of the product itself if something goes wrong (and we'll refund you, as covered by the 90-day policy). We are not liable for indirect damages — lost wages, lost time, hurt feelings.

If you have a serious adverse reaction, stop using the product and contact a physician. Then write to support@gregorsen.com so we can document it and refund you.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Disputes go to the state or federal courts located in Delaware.

9. Changes

If we change these terms materially, we update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the site after the change means you accept the updated terms.
