Customer Care Lead

Remote · US time zones · Full-time

You'll own the inbox + phone line. ~90-minute response SLA. Process refunds in under 24 hours. Escalate medication-interaction questions to Dr. Markov. The right person here has worked in customer ops at a small e-com brand, writes plainly, and isn't afraid to push back on a customer who's wrong.

Formulation Scientist (contract → FTE)

Hybrid · Vermont or remote · 6-mo contract initial

You'll work with our manufacturer to design the next two products on our roadmap. PhD in toxicology, pharmacology, or nutritional biochemistry preferred. Comfort with reading clinical literature, designing dose-response work, and explaining the science to non-scientists.

How we work

Four things we expect.

  • 01 Write before you speak. We're remote-first. Decisions live in docs. Slack is for coordination, not thinking.
  • 02 Cite your work. Every dosage claim, ingredient sourcing decision, and price change is backed by something we can pull up and point at.
  • 03 Talk to a customer this week. Everyone — including the cofounders — takes at least one support call per week. It's the most honest signal we have.
  • 04 Refuse the easy lie. If a launch deadline is at risk, we slip it. We don't dress up incomplete work.
