The short version
You have 90 days from the day your order arrives to ask for a full refund. The bottles can be empty. You don't have to ship anything back. We process the refund within 24 hours of your email.
How to request a refund
- Email support@gregorsen.com with your order number (it's in the shipping confirmation email).
- One sentence on what didn't work for you is helpful — not required.
- We confirm and process the refund within 24 hours, typically much sooner during business hours.
Your bank or card issuer may take 3–10 business days to actually post the funds to your statement. That part is out of our hands; the refund itself is initiated on our side within 24 hours.
What's covered
- Single bottle, 2-bottle, or 3-bottle orders.
- First-time and repeat purchases.
- Domestic and international orders.
- Orders where the bottles have been opened, partially used, or fully consumed.
What's not covered
- Orders older than 90 days from the delivery date.
- Affiliate or wholesale orders — those have separate terms negotiated with the partner.
If you're outside the window by a few days and have a genuine reason, write to us anyway. We'd rather be slightly flexible than rules-bound.
Why we don't ask for the bottles back
Return shipping costs more than the bottles. Asking you to pay it would functionally be a refund tax. We'd rather you keep them, give them to a friend, or recycle the bottle locally — and let us close the loop on our side.
Damaged or wrong items on delivery
Email us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and we ship a replacement at no cost. No need to return the damaged one.
