- Transit time: 3–5 business days to most addresses. Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico: 5–8 business days.
- Dispatch: Within 24 hours of order confirmation (we batch the day's orders at 4pm ET).
International
- Cost: Calculated at checkout based on destination and weight.
- Carrier: DHL or USPS International, depending on destination.
- Transit time: 7–14 business days for most countries.
- Duties & taxes: Calculated and shown at checkout (DDP for most countries). No surprise customs bills.

What the package looks like
Plain brown corrugated box. Return address is "Gregorsen Labs · Albany, NY". No product images, no marketing on the exterior. The bottles inside are wrapped in a cardstock sleeve, no plastic bubble wrap.
Tracking
You get a tracking link in the dispatch email — same number works for USPS, UPS, and DHL. The link is live within 4 hours of the carrier scanning the package.
Lost in transit
If tracking has been silent for more than 7 business days (US) or 14 business days (international), write to us. We send a replacement and chase the carrier ourselves — you don't deal with that.
Damaged on arrival
Email us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the damage. Replacement ships same-day from our New York warehouse. We don't need the damaged item back.
