We collect the minimum.
We never sell it.

What we collect
- Order data: name, shipping address, email, phone (optional), payment confirmation (no card numbers — those go to Shopify Payments / Stripe directly).
- Support email content: what you write to us, so we can answer it.
- Site analytics: aggregated page visits, click events, and traffic source. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is cookieless and doesn't track individuals.
What we don't collect
- Credit card numbers or any payment instrument data. Payment processors handle that — we never see it.
- Health conditions, medication lists, or biometric data — unless you tell us in a support email.
- Browsing data outside of our domain.
Who we share it with
- Shopify Inc. — stores order data, hosts checkout.
- Shipping carriers (USPS, UPS, DHL) — receives name + address to deliver the order.
- Cloudflare — hosts the website, provides CDN + DDoS protection.
We do not sell, rent, or trade any personal data to third parties. We do not run third-party ad pixels or remarketing tags. We do not share your data with any "data partner."
How long we keep it
- Order records: 7 years (tax compliance).
- Support email threads: 2 years.
- Analytics aggregates: 90 days, then deleted.
Your rights (GDPR, CCPA, similar)
You can ask us to:
- See what data we have on you.
- Correct anything that's wrong.
- Delete all of it (subject to tax-record retention noted above).
- Opt out of any email we send you, including transactional confirmations (we'll let you know what breaks if you do).

Cookies
The landing page uses no third-party tracking cookies. Shopify Checkout sets first-party cookies needed for the cart to work — these expire when you close the tab or 14 days, whichever comes first.
Changes to this policy
If we change anything material, we update the date at the top of this page and email anyone with an active order from the past 90 days. We don't quietly amend.
